Service Description

This session will take place in your home at your convenience. 3 courses will be completed in 2 sessions. A personalized folder with educational documents will be provided. The topics covered include: 1) Hospital admission, Labor Basics, Pain Management, Post-partum Care 2) Infant feeding, Lactation & Breast/chestfeeding 3) Baby Care Basics + Advanced Newborn Care 4) Any particular topic(s) that you would like to discuss.... this is your session! I will e-mail the course curriculum to you prior to your session. If there are additional topics that you would like to discuss simply notify me in advance and I will update the curriculum. *A travel fee may apply for locations outside of the South Bay, please inquire within at lisa@southbaybabycare.com.

Cancellation Policy

RESCHEDULING If you need to reschedule your session please provide at least 48 hours notice. I understand that things may come up! I have two young children that I need to arrange care for and I kindly ask that scheduling changes be made in advance. Thank you for understanding! CANCELATIONS Please make cancelations at least 48 hours in advance. A $50 fee will be billed for cancelations made less than 48 hours in advance. PAYMENT South Bay Baby Care accepts payment via cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Payment in full is due at the time that services are rendered. INSURANCE & REIMBURSEMENT South Bay Baby Care is not in-network with any insurance companies. It is possible that your insurance company may reimburse for services rendered by South Bay Baby Care but this is not guaranteed. Any questions related to insurance coverage and/or reimbursement should be directed to your insurance provider. A superbill will be provided upon request and you can submit it to your insurance company or HSA (Health Savings Account) as per their policy. I am happy to sign any pre-approval forms that may be required by your insurance carrier or policy. Payment in full is due at the time that services are rendered. LOCATIONS AND TRAVEL FEE South Bay Baby Care travels to cities within the South Bay. A travel fee may apply for locations outside of the South Bay.
